From today, every time you sit in my chair at Hava and Co., you’ll earn loyalty points — cold, hard digital credit — that you can redeem for top-tier grooming gear. No forms, no punch cards, no awkward "ask at the counter" moments. It’s all handled via our booking system, Fresha.
So, what’s the deal?
Here’s how it works:
$1 spent = 100 points
3000 points = $30 credit to spend on the premium product range we stock in the shop
Points are automatically tracked in your Fresha account
Once you hit 3000 points, you can redeem — no rollover, no expiry stress
Points cap at 3000, so it pays to cash in and start again
You’ll get updates about your points balance automatically. You can check your progress any time in the Fresha app or just ask me next time you’re in.
